ROBERTS 8 in. Laminate and Vinyl Plank Cutter features a zinc-plated carbon steel blade with a blunt, non-sharp cutting edge that cuts through laminate and vinyl plank flooring. It cuts with pressure from a forceful push of the handle, effectively cutting laminate flooring up to 8 in. wide and 10 mm thick, and vinyl planks up to 8 in. wide and 4 mm thick.
