The ballast is specially designed for use in environments with temperatures up to 90-degrees Celsius or 194-degrees Fahrenheit. Additional features includes a programmed start, minimum start temperature of -20-degrees Fahrenheit, maximum THD of 10%, .98 power factor, 50/60 HZ, Class A sound rating, and semi-independent or independent lamp operation.
