The story of J&J Snack Foods Corp. began and continues today with the soft pretzel. It all began in 1971 when Gerald B. Shreiber bought the assets of J&J Pretzel Co. at an auction. Following the auction, Shreiber immediately set to work coming up with creative ways to market the soft pretzel as the next big snack item. Before he knew it, the Superpretzel Soft Pretzel was born and the rest is history. Success in the soft pretzel business has also given way to the expansion of products in other sectors, such as snack foods, baked goods, frozen novelties and frozen beverages. Now J&J Snack Foods Corp introduces its line of Readi-Bake pre-packaged grahams and crackers. Our pre-packaged grams and crackers come in convenient single serve packages and are 1 serving of grains under the Child Nutrition Program. They are a good source of calcium, contain 0 grams trans-fat, and are Smart Snack compliant. Great for after school programs, daycares or summer feedings.
