The Little Giant 6 Series submersible epoxy-coated cast iron sump pumps are equipped with a 1/3 hp 115-volt, shaded pole, oil-filled motor with thermal overload protection and is designed for continuous duty. These pumps deliver up to 2760 gph (46 gpm) at 5' lift, have a shut-off of 18' and a maximum psi of 7.0. These pumps are equipped with a 1-1/2 FNPT discharge. The maximum fluid temperature is 140 °F. The 6-Series is cCSAus listed in the USA and Canada. The Little Giant 506274 6-CIM-R manual sump pump is designed for sump systems, emergency water removal or general water transfer. This system does not come with a switch. If used in a sump system, a piggyback switch can be easily attached and is sold separately. This pump comes with a 25' cord, a 1-1/4" FNPT reducer and 3/4" garden hose adapter. SWITCH OPTION TIPS: - Integral diaphragm switches are designed for sump systems only. Minimum basin diameter required is 10". - Mid-level integral diaphragm switches cycle more frequently. They are designed for shallow under sink or laundry tub systems. Minimum basin diameter required is 10". - Piggyback float switches are designed for sump systems, emergency water removal or water transfer applications. They can be switched to manual mode easily by unplugging the pump from the switch and plugging it directly into the outlet. Float switches require more room to activate the switch, the minimum basin diameter is 18". - Piggyback diaphragm switches are designed for sump systems, emergency water removal or water transfer applications; They can be switched to manual mode easily by unplugging the pump from the switch and plugging it directly into the outlet.
