From the Manufacturer The Guardian Fall Protection "CB-1-B" is a 6-Inch by 6-Inch bolt-on concrete permanent or temporary anchor point. This particular anchor can be used as part of a horizontal lifeline system and is powder coated for corrosion protection. The backer plate is capable of withstanding a 5,000 pound capacity. The product is made of steel and is intended for vertical structures only. This product cannot be installed in a waterproof manner and fasteners are not included. This version is composed of galvanized steel.
