This little thing easily folds up when not in use. Take it out of the box and install in seconds. Anyone can do it. The easy design makes it easy to use in any upright seat. If you use it slowly the slip resistance will stay in place. But once you get the hang of it and start to speed up you will need a mat underneath it to keep in place. There is no noise, nice and quiet, quieter than the sound of riding a bike. Easy to move, less than 3lbs.
