The Refrigerator Water Filter Housing holds the water filter and connects the water lines to the water filter. This part is designed to be used with select major brand refrigerators, including Kenmore®, Maytag®, JennAir®, and KitchenAid®; check to see if your model number is compatible. Replacing this part will require basic hand tools, some disassembly of the appliance and novice repair experience. You must unplug the appliance or shut off the house circuit breaker before installing this part. Also turn off the refrigerator's water supply before you begin.
